Every battery eventually runs out of energy, yours will too if you  don't take care of it and recharge every once in a while.

If you were a cell phone – what percentage would your battery be at right now? Many times, between work and home people wear themselves down until there is nothing left. Unfortunately, unlike phone we don’t have a specific gauge telling us what percent we are at and when to plug in.


Today is the first day of spring. Spring is a time associated with new life and renewed energy. As leaders, it is important to recognize what activities bring us renewed energy and what activities zap us without giving anything in return.


Taking time to rest isn’t frivolous, according to an article by Integris Health it’s vital. It is vital “ for better mental health, increased concentration and memory, a healthier immune system, reduced stress, improved mood and even a better metabolism.
